Refund policy

At Robera, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Below, we’ve outlined our refund, return, and exchange policies to provide clarity on how we handle these requests.

1. 30-Day Return or Exchange

A. Unwanted Items (Brand New, Unused, Not Due to Quality Issues):

Cancellations or returns are not accepted for special order items or pre-orders once the order has been placed. For cancellations prior to shipment, a 3% handling and credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

B. Change of Mind (Brand New, Unused, Not Due to Quality Issues)

If you wish to return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery, the following conditions apply:

1) The item must be completely unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging.

2) You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3). A return authorization must be obtained from the distributor/manufacturer through Robera.

4). Original shipping fee and a handling fee (approximately $120 USD) will be deducted from the refund.

C. Used Carts (Not in New Condition):

If the cart has been used (e.g., on driveways, backyards, etc.), it is no longer considered new and is subject to the following:

1). A return authorization must be obtained first.

2). The cart must be in its original packaging.

3). You are responsible for return shipping costs.

4). A restocking fee of up to 30% of the full retail price will apply.

Refusal of Shipment:

Refusing a shipment constitutes a return. The same return shipping fees apply, and the cart will be returned to the distributor/manufacturer’s warehouse for inspection. Once the return paperwork and condition of the unit are reviewed, a refund (net of applicable fees) will be issued.

D. Broken or Defective Products Within 30 Days:

If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days, we will provide a replacement part or exchange the entire product at no additional cost to you. You will not be responsible for any charges.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Original Condition:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. The product must be in resalable condition with no signs of wear or use.

Entire Golf Caddy Returns:
The golf caddy must be packed in its original packaging to ensure safe transit and proper inspection.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns or exchanges from distributors or local stores will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items/Orders:
Special orders, pre-orders, Custom or personalized products, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@roberashop.com. We will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

4. Refunds

Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs. For other returns, the original shipping and handling fees (approximately $120 USD) will not be refunded.

5. Cancellation or Change of Order Details

Online Orders:
To cancel your order or change the shipping address, contact us before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted.

Kickstarter Pledge Orders:
You may cancel your pledge in your Kickstarter account before the project ends. During the last 24 hours of the campaign, cancellations or pledge reductions are not allowed. Shipping address updates are permitted before the survey is closed.

6. Warranty

Robera offers the following warranty coverage:

Golf Cart Body, Battery, and Charger: 2-year warranty.

Accessories: 1-year warranty.

Refurbished Caddy: 1-year warranty.

You can purchase an extended 1-year service to prolong the warranty period:

New Golf Caddies: 3-year warranty with extension.

Refurbished Caddies: 2-year warranty with extension.
